HardTalk! Mahathir and Anwar in BBC.

There were complaints on slow page loading, so I removed the videos (most of it), and I believe it would be best if I just give the URL for you to download the videos. *The format is .ram so if you do not have an up to date Media player, try to play it using real player (free)

This is the link to Anwar's HardTalk Interview by BBC, Click on "Click here to Watch the Interview" on the BBc page and save the .ram file

This is the link to Mahathir's interview on HardTalk. Refer to the same instruction (above).

I believe these interviews summarizes Mahathir's and Anwar's political weaknesses as seen by each of them on their counterparts.

Mahathir's implementation of ISA, quota system, NEP and his sacking and humiliating Anwar...
Anwar's inability to walk his talk during the 16 year's of his political career within the ruling government on the many issues that he brought out after his dismissal from BN... or in short hyprocracy...

And Malaysia as the world sees it in general... All can be depicted from the 2 interviews.

What Mahathir Admited: He made a wrong decision in selecting his successor
What Mahathir does not admit/still steadfast at: His decision in sacking and wrongfully charging Anwar

What Anwar admits: He has been a 2 face due to the circumstances and the people will need to decide on his fate.
What Anwar does not admit: His true intentions of becoming the Prime Minister of Malaysia and his vengeful plans on crafting a pay-back attack on Mahathir...

These are what we can indirectly see and sense from the interview... Two powerful, tactful and wise politicians playing a very serious game in our country and we should not forget that our role are merely as pawns for these two grandmasters...

I wonder where would Pak Lah come in the equation...
